Spent a lovely day at Compton Verney which describes itself as


A place to stretch your legs and your mind


It’s great for strolling around, sitting on a bench admiring the landscape, finding out about its history, doing the sculpture trail, viewing its art collection or special exhibitions. It’s dog friendly outside and has a lovely cafe and shop. Very welcoming with good facilities, it has a Textile Fair November 6-8th and a Gift Fair scheduled for December 4-6th.
